OSLib 6.32

Hi,

Because of a bug being found and fixed in the two x..._no_fail functions, and
the forthcoming release of OSLib on the Foundation CD, I have released
version 6.32 on http://www.mk-net.demon.co.uk/oslib.

This release also contains one new goody: SWI ScrollList_CountItems is now
supported.

OSLibSupport is unchanged from the previous version.
