OSLib 6.0 Beta

Hi, all,

OSLib 6.0 beta is now available at 
http:www.mk-net.demon.co.uk/oslib/600/index.htm

Changes from alpha are the 3 points made by Jonathan, and a test program
for (most of) the functions using wide file handles. It seems to run OK,
so I declare wide file handles launched! Someone'll probably find a bug
now!

Once again; try to break it; any comments, etc. gratefully received.
If I get no comments by (say) mid-week, I'll launch it on our public!
