   No, it should be done. It's the result of a typo: someone 
(probably me) wrote the SWI name as 

      ScrollList_Add_Item (should be ScrollList_AddItem)

and the name mangling part of DefMod converted this into

      scrolllist_add__Item

algorithmically. At least, that's my guess. It's just a typo, and 
should be fixed.

   If Tom wants another small task :-) a change to DefMod to give an 
error if it finds a 2nd underscore in any name would be useful---it 
would prevent this kind of mistake. I don't think any porpoise is 
served by letting it through, anyway, and it might catch some more of 
this sort.
