DefMod Syntax

Well, I have amended all the message blocks, and they all seem to work,
except one: The smallest file of the lot throws a DefMod Syntax error.

No doubt it's something perfectly obvious, but for the life of me I
can't see what's wrong (unless it's the UNION nested in an extended
STRUCT causing the new syntax to barf). Can anyone help?
