Here are the patches to implement osbool.

I decided it would be sensible to change the SWILib and Support usage of
|bool| while I was about it, and also DefMod's own internal usage.

In a few places in OSLib, the |.| had been omitted from |.Bool| as a
type definition; I've also fixed that.

Finally, I've also set the path on all |#include|s.

I'm away for a couple of weeks, but any comments more than welcome.

The attachment is a ZIP archive. The diffs are against the OSLib601
baseline.
