Defmod enhancement

Tom, there was talk, some while ago, of you enhancing defmod to improve
the stronghelp manuals, and to generate a test file using all the data
types defined by OSLib. Did you get anywhere with those projects? 

At present I have two changes to DefMod on the stocks: Stewart's 32-bit
modes patch, and my osbool patch. 

I want to pre-empt G++ users getting into trouble over bool, and there
are a couple of bug-fixes to the library, so I'm considering a new
release in the next week or so.
