Thanks, Tom, that's now fixed. While on the subject of file names, there is
no precisely 1:1 correspondence between them and their base names, as I had
to modify some of them to preserve 10-character uniqueness. I did consider
calling them "32colourtrans", etc., but thought that looked too cumbersome. I
didn't like "os32" either, and called it "oscore32". As mentioned before,
they are not "user" files, so I considered the names relatively unimportant.

Sorry, I don't understand this. Which blocks do you think are missing from:
TYPE
Menu_ActionHasBeenHiddenBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase
"Prefer Menu_ActionDialogueCompletedBlock",
Menu_ActionDialogueCompletedBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase; // TV 6.30
TYPE
FontMenu_ActionHasBeenHiddenBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase,
FontMenu_ActionDialogueCompletedBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase
"Prefer FontMenu_ActionHasBeenHiddenBlock"; // TV 6.30
// TV V6.30
TYPE
ColourMenu_ActionHasBeenHiddenBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase
"Prefer ColourMenu_ActionDialogueCompletedBlock";
// TV V6.21
TYPE
ColourMenu_ActionDialogueCompletedBlock = Toolbox_ActionHeaderBase;
Definitions in the old form (without the header) have never existed
because there was no data in addition to the header.
