DefMod and Objasm

I'm currently rolling Stewart's DefMod into the main OSLib distribution. I
may as well make Tom's modifications while I'm about it. I've changed line
1118 in c.objasm; presumably that's all that's required, otherwise, Tom, can
you send me the diffs, please?

Presumably there are no other developments to DefMod since July?
