Yes, I never got round to trying that makefile; I stumbled over |amu_machine|
before I even got there, so I just copied and edited my old build
environment. Maybe there are better ways to do it, but it worked for me.

I can't remember what I used to fetch the archive from your site, but
everything had ended up as data; I restored the types of the files I
recognised. Thanks for the additional fixes, now embodied.
