OS_CallASWIR12

Hi,

OS_CallASWIR12 is not implemented in OSLib. ISTM that the only reason for
this is that DefMod presently can't accept R12 as a register number, which is
right for all SWIs apart from this one.

Does anyone know of a reason why this shouldn't be changed, thus allowing
this SWI to be implemented?
