File types

Do we have a policy on what file types qualify for named constants
in the OSFile module?

Only we had a request on the users list to add &FAE (toolbox resource
file) and I was wondering where best to but it. It is in the "Acorn" part
of the file type range so I guess it could go in OSFile, or alternatively
perhaps in the Toolbox file?
