What I didn't admit in that commit message was that I already had
most of those changes on my disk. They were done four years ago from
the documentation Acorn issued to developers for Ursula/Phoebe but
as those documents were given to me under NDA the OSLib changes
which derive from them have had to sit on my hard disc until I have
an independent source to attribute them to.

Those particular SH changes are attributed to Justin who has of course
seen the RISC OS source.
