OSLib 6.20 Released

The latest version OSLib, the all-encompassing type-safe API library for
RISC OS is now available at 

http://www.mk-net.demon.co.uk/oslib

or, if you prefer, via the redirector at:

http://www.oslib.riscos.org.uk

The main changes are:
 - The inclusion of a 32-bit compatible version of the library.
 - A new format, hopefully easier to use, version of the manual.
 - A large number of new data types to simplify toolbox programming.
 - plus a few naming error corrections.
