Just as an aside - Did you notice: you can shift-click on any word in the
strong help manual, to send it to the cursor in your editor. 

However this approach does only give you one word at a time - which is
indeed enough for the def'd constants...

I'm just pointing that out here, because I recently discovered that function
and was amazed about it. So many years too much typing...
