This has caused considerable hassle for those of use who are building RISC OS
applications on other platorms (either to use superior debugging tools or
to build with cross compilers which aren't currently available for RISC OS).
Other platforms have no concept of path variable to be able interpret OSLIb:
and further more ':' is not a valid filename character on some filesystems,
so renaming all the files with this prefix is not an option. The only
solution is to alter all the header files to strip the path variable each
time a build of OSLib is copied/ported to another platform, which is far
from desirable.
