Actually there is source code for a suitable assembler available as
part of the GCCSDK and I've managed to use it with Stewart's portable
version of defmod to build OSLib on a linux box.
There is one issue with that assembler and local labels but I've just
sent a patch to the gcc mailing list to deal with that.
