Bug alert: OSLibSupport

Hi,

After much head-scratching, I have just found and fixed a fatal bug in
the Event module of OSLibSupport; thought people might like to know
about it.

When the final message handler is de-registered via
event_deregister_message_handler, a null pointer is accessed, causing a
crash.

The patch to WimpMsg.c (which includes other work in progress) is
attached.
