Yep, still here, just to provide these little snippets of history ...
Most names of reason codes in OSLib come straight out of the ObjAsm header
files that were part of the source code for the individual modules. I would
start with the header, and add the entry and exit conditions, to get the SWI
file in OSLib. Some of them were changed for documentation purposes at
different times, and sometimes (as in this case) when providing similar
functionality in a related module. I usually went for consistency within OSLib,
rather than with other sources.
