I didn't realise that Tony had actually uploaded it. I had wanted
to go through and check the case of all the filenames first as recent
releases have been somewhat inconsistent here due to Tony's use of
a case insensitive filesystem.

I will try and look at it this weekend but in the meantime I would
suggest that nobody rely to much on things not getting rearranged
slightly.
