26/32-bit OSLib

I haven't been following the development of OSLib too closely recently but in
finding out what the deal would be with recompiling software for 32-bit
hardware I was a bit concerned to see that in the FAQ there is mention of
there being a 26-bit *OR* 32-bit build. Does this mean there is no 26/32
neutral version?
