32bit OSLibSupport

Hi,

I need a 32bit version of OSLibSupport in a real hurry, so I can build 32bit
versions of DiscKnight for obvious reasons. OSLibSupport is used by the
front end and some of the test suite.

There is no assembler in it so should be easy, but the series of makefiles
are in a real mess, as they seem to refer to the previous structure of OSLib
without the OSLib: path.

If anyone has modified the makefiles so it will clean build, please let
me have them, as it will be a simple case of running it with the new
tools as they build 32bit by default.
