Toolbox event sizes

Just a quicky about toolbox events. It would appear that OSLib's structures
defining toolbox events were copied from the Acorn C/C++ headers;
unfortunately a couple of those headers are wrong.
A toolbox event is documented as being 16-236 bytes long in the Toolbox
manual. This is incorrect; it is actually 16-228 bytes long - 16 bytes of
header and 212 bytes of payload. Most of the "full-size" structures,
including the main toolbox_action structure are correct, but
fontmenu_action_selection and fontdbox_action_apply_font are wrong. There may
be others, but I haven't spotted them.
