{x}os_read_sys_info

Dear Tony/All,

It seems that the {x}os_read_sys_info file is included in the StrongHelp
file for OSLib, but isn't listed in the index for OS.

I guess this is to do with it having a separate .h/.hdr file. But I'm
still a bit puzzled as to why it's in OS without being listed.
