This is tricky - it requires each reference to be entered by hand.

This is much easier - generally you just link to OS:<swi name> but the manual
names (OS, Wimp etc) need to be added to the defmod files. An alternative is
something like 

See also <OS_ReadLine=>*StrongHelp OS_ReadLine>

to make StrongHelp search each manual - this requires no extra information,
but is much slower.

Don't forget that where relevant, the OS manuals list the PRM references
already, so the one link is probably good enough.
