font_scan_block & font_scan_string()

The 'block' parameter in font_scan_string() function (font.h) is
currently defined as 'font_scan_block const *block' which is not
correct when the flags parameter has the font_GIVEN_BLOCK
and font_RETURN_BBOX bits defined.

The 'const' attribute should be dropped in the font_scan_string() function
declaration.
