Oddly enough I had just been going through the Select 3i1 documentation
to see what needed to be added when you mail arrived...

The StrongHelp manuals says R3 and R4 work in RO3 but the PRM doesn't
mention them at all.

I have just committed the Wimp_PlotIconWithSpriteArea and
Wimp_PlotIconWithWindow SWIs to provide this new interface.
