OSLib650 - request for some additions/changes

Hi,

While working on CCres, I've found a few (small) omissions/inaccuracies 
in OSlib...

1) adjuster     - should declare a struct "adjuster_object"
2) optionbutton - missing flag "optionbutton_GENERATE_STATE_CHANGE"
3) osfile       - define a file type for resource files
4) proginfo     - proginfo_object is missing visit_url fields added with 
RESF v1.01
5) toolaction   - some msg/string references in gadget and object 
declarations are wrong type
6) toolbox      - missing struct declaration for 
"toolbox_relocatable_object_base"

I've attached a zip file containing modified versions of the OSLib650 
headers, so that you can do file compares to see what I've changed/added.

Let me know if you need any more detail... or need the information 
supplying in a different way.
