Calling generated tools through OSLibBin:

Hello all,

I've been working on the modifications to make sure the tools that are
generated for the building of OSLib (like DefMod) are called through
OSLibBin: in stead of through Run$Path.

It turned out to be a lot less work than I expected. And I'm getting
some useful insights into the workings of the build process.

It turns out that some directories hold files called 'Makefile', type
'Makefile' (next to the now-standard AMUmakefiles (and GNUmakefiles))
that already call the tools through OSLibBin:. That's probably what
Tony was referring to when he mentioned that this method was the
original plan but got stuck somewhere.

Anyways, just some testing and polishing, and the results can be sent
in. (Whoopy (8-).
