Well there are some systems which cant run the 32bit SCL for various reasons,
but they are very much in the minority, and I normally do everyting I can to
avoid having to support them.

I've no objections to that, but a final 26bit build of all components would
be useful, so the entire development enviroment can be checkpointed and
frozen.
