Suggestion for change in StrongHelp manual

In the description of these constants it says:

"Description: shift by Wimp_IconButtonTypeShift".

This should be wimp_ICON_BUTTON_TYPE_SHIFT. This symbol can also be
linked to the relevant page.

Note: these are not the only occurences of Wimp_xxx symbols. Using Find
on the wimp_ manual subdirectory I can find:

wimp_WINDOW_USE_TITLE_VALIDATION_COLOURS refering to
Wimp_WindowUseTitleValidationString

wimp_ICON_ESG refering to Wimp_IconESGShift

wimp_ICON_FG/BG_COLOUR refering to Wimp_IconFG/BGColourShift

wimp_ICON_FONT_HANDLE refering Wimp_IconFontHanddleShift

wimp_load_template refering to Wimp_GetSize

There are some references which probably should stay in the Wimp_xxx
form. They are in various wimp_FILTER_xxx descriptions.
