I don't recognise Codejock - looks mightily suspicious to me.
I just downloaded a clean copy from sourceforge, and it builds fine here
under Linux/GCCSDK 3.4.4 r2. I have no experience of Cygwin, so can't really
help.
It is worth noting that adfs.o is the very first file to be cross-assembled
from source, so maybe that's where to start looking.
