Broken OSLibSupport

Both the 6.80 and 6.90 releases have a broken copy of OSLibSupport 
dated 03-Aug-2004 which doesn't contain any of the event routines.

I'm using a library dated 21-Nov-2004 which may be one I've built 
myself from the sources, which does work ok.

Please can this be rebuilt and reissued.
