OSLib and ELF

Just to let you all know that the simplification of OSLib building and
the GCCSDK 4 ELF changes have been commited to trunk (both developments
happened in the branches/simplified-build) with:

I've also renamed the top !OsLib directory into !OSLib which confuses a
bit the merge (if I would have realised this before, I would have done
it differently).

Not by coincidense but the first pre-release of GCCSDK 4 has just been
released as well:
