Proposal OSLib 7 release

I would like to propose to release OSLib 7 as we have it right now and
I'm volunteering to do this myself.

There is a nice list of changes made compared to its last release 6.90
(about two years ago):

As far as I'm aware there aren't any release blockers and I've successfully
used the current version with GCCSDK 4 (ELF based and recently been
released as well) in a couple of projects.

If that's fine for everyone, may I ask everyone with outstanding and
uncommited OSLib improvements to let this us know so that we can consider
including those in OSLib 7 ?
