The source code used for the OSLib package is on the RiscPkg
website at http://www.riscpkg.org/src/

The OSLib file is just a zip file=2C so you can download it and
open it using Spark or something like that. The RiscPkg folder
has a Rules Makefile for building the packages.

If you are creating your bindings using the autobuilder=2C you
may want to look at how the packages are working there as it
is done as part of the setvars script.
