Missing symbols

I'm not actually calling it, but the symbols are used in ARMalyser's 
code analysis engine. OS_Lib is an excellent source of reference 
material for the RISC OS API, and without all the pre-defined symbols 
I wouldn't have had the stomach to make ARMalyser as comprehensive as 
it is.

So even if those symbols can't be used directly in OSLib, I'd like to 
see them stay in the headers for completeness.
