Making a BindHelp package

I’m in the process of making a separate package for the
BindHelp tool provided with OSLib. My intentions it to
add it to the autobuilder so it will be available from
the autobuilder website.

Before I do I just want to check that none of the OSLib
developers have any objection to me doing this. So
please let me know if it is a problem.

I’m also assuming it is OK to release it using the OSLib
copyright. Please correct me it I’m wrong.

A copy of bindhelp I can easily install on RISC OS makes
it possible to create StrongHelp files from separate text
pages. This makes change tracking in SVN much easier.
