You should probably know that it is my intention to switch to using
!NewsDir.Users instead of !RemoteNB.Users at some point soon. The main
reason things are the way they are is that it made it easier for in the
days before I moved over to RemoteNB as my main mail/news backend.

That is much less of an issue now both because I don't use any other
backends now and because Messenger Pro uses subdirectories of Users
to keep backend specified information separate.

Note that one of those variables (the config one I think) doesn't
actually work at the moment... I will probably change it to point
to the directory containing the files so that the config files can
be placed on a readonly filesystem to prevent unauthorised changes.
