Filing of sent mail

This is really some suggestions to Tom for features :-) ...

I note that, when posting mail or news, if the folder chosen for filing
the message doesn't exist, the message isn't filed, rather than creating
the folder or giving an error.  IIRC, a new folder is created by
Newsbase - could we do this in RemoteNB?

In a similar vein, is it possible to have folder names with spaces with
RemoteNB?  Trying to create one gives an error about a missing argument
to CREATE, and a folder with a space in it on the server seems to be
ignored.

Finally, if I don't enter a path for private folders in the config file,
and then try to create a personla folder, I again get the error "Missing
required argument to CREATE" - would it be possible to have a more
informative error message?
