I've tweaked the IMAP protocol code to quote all folder names so
that RemoteNB can now cope with spaces in folder names.

Unfortunately Messenger can't. Well it might be able to but the
interchange format can't as the GroupInfo file has one group per
line with space delimited fields.

To fix that we either need to change the interchange format or
the spaces will have to replaced by something else in the name
that is presented to Messenger.
