That's not the folder's real name though ;-) Messenger displays
that but the folder's real name is Email.<user>.outgoing.mail at
the Newsbase protocol level.

Well actually it's whatever the backend says the name of your
default sent mail folder is, but RemoteNB always gives that name
at the moment.
