Filing of sent mail

I've found the problem. It seems that if the folder which I tell
Messenger is the outgoing mail folder doesn't exist then Messenger
asks me to file the message in "Email.user.Sent mail". That would
actually work now with RemoteNB if it wasn't for the fact that the
space in the above is actually a hard space and IMAP doesn't seem
to like top bit set characters in strings.

Of course you wouldn't be able to see the mail in the sent mail
folder as RemoteNB would still think that was Email.user.outgoing.mail
and things would get horribly confused.

I shall talk to Mark about fixing Messenger.
