32-bit file handles

Would anyone care to explain how to do this? Maybe I'm being a bit simple,
but as OBJASM doesn't have a preprocessor like C, I can't do something like:

	[	:LNOT: :DEF: OSLIB_F8
	GBLS	OS_F 
$OS_F	SETS	OS_FW
	]

because that just tells me OS_F is already defined when it comes to the
proper definition.
