Resolver module

I've committed the Resolver module that I sent to oslib-users a few
weeks back. I left it with just the first SWI as there is the various
resolver modules all have different definitions for the other SWIs.

I've also set up the repository to allow mail to be sent when a commit
is made. At the moment it's sending them to me, but if people want then
they could go here instead, or to a separate mailing list.
