I have committed a number of changes today, details as follows:

  - New modules, ZLib and Zipper, in User to provide an API for a
    compiler of OS components in RISC OS Select

  - Added ToggleBackdrop message to the Wimp module - new in Select.

  - Added Comment and WriteLineExtended SWIs to the CompressJPEG
    module. Not sure if they came in in RISC OS 4 or Select.

As I said, all these changes are in CVS if anybody wants to review
them.
