Types and Macros assembler header files

The Types and Macros header files for assembler and C are inconsistently
named in the current version of OSLib. For C they are named Types.h.types and
Macros.h.macros as expected, but for assembler they are named Types.Hdr and
Macros.Hdr.

For consistency with all the other OSLIb assembler header files (which use
"GET OSLibInclude:Hdr.Types"), would it be possible to rename these files to
Types.Hdr.types and Macros.Hdr.macros in the next release?
