Types and Macros assembler header files

Oops, yes. That was an oversight on my part.

Actually, I believe that the Macros and Types directories should
eventually be subsumed into a common OSLib directory containing .h and
.HDR subdirectories, with each of these containing Macros and Types
files.  Not for the next release, though.
