6.32 Stronghelp manual

Hi...

I just couldn't find a function in the OSLIb manual. Found out that
the start-page doesn't include 'OSFile'. I compared it with an
older version, that did have it... There are actually quite a
lot of entries not available in the 6.32-manual, 135 on the old
one, only 90 on the new one... The new one is also 2.7Mb, the old
one 4Mb...

I think I'll go back to using the previous one for the time being!
