Hum, yes, I can't imagine what happened there, particuarly as the rest of
the library built correctly; thanks for pointing it out.

I have successfully re-built the manual, and uploaded it to the web site.
However, I must point out that the difference over the 6.3 manual is very
small indeed - it adds one function ;-)
