OSLib Core OSReadSysInfo.swi typo

Hiya,

Very small thing, that came up in my testing (I'm using the OSLib 
definition files independantly - not for compiling stuff).

Core/oslib/OSReadSysInfo.swi has entries for ROMInformation, ReadOSVersion 
and ReadDebugInfo. However, the SWI numbers have been typo'd as 68 instead 
of 58. This means that they actually dispatch to OS_Memory which may not 
be what the user intended.
